    It was time to paint my 35 year old house but the painters said I needed to have dry rot fixed first. I went through a few contractors before finding Rocklin Pest control .They came out , did a complete inspection with photos and a detailed report. I contracted them to fix my dry rot. They had a crew come out and do the work which took about 2 1/2 days. The work was excellent and everything was ready for my painters. I would recommend this company highly for any dry rot repair.

    I began using Rocklin Pest Control about a year after moving to my new home in Rocklin.  I contacted them because of rodent problem. They were the only company that was able to handle the problem I was dealing with, AND, they did great job. I have used them ever since. All the technicians are great but I must point out that David Parsons always goes the extra mile. He communicates what he's found and what he's done to resolve any issues that he may have uncovered. He always gives me a heads-up as to when he will arrive and he's a very nice person to deal with.

I had James as my technician and he was thorough, explained everything, and really carefully checked everywhere, which included the crawl space under the house. Everyone at this company is a professional. I recommend this company highly, they are the best.
