      It was time to paint my 35 year old house but the painters said I needed to have dry rot fixed first. I went through a few contractors before finding Rocklin Pest control .They came out , did a complete inspection with photos and a detailed report. I contracted them to fix my dry rot. They had a crew come out and do the work which took about 2 1/2 days. The work was excellent and everything was ready for my painters. I would recommend this company highly for any dry rot repair.

      I began using Rocklin Pest Control about a year after moving to my new home in Rocklin.  I contacted them because of rodent problem. They were the only company that was able to handle the problem I was dealing with, AND, they did great job. I have used them ever since. All the technicians are great but I must point out that David Parsons always goes the extra mile. He communicates what he's found and what he's done to resolve any issues that he may have uncovered. He always gives me a heads-up as to when he will arrive and he's a very nice person to deal with.

      I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of pest control.

I also used them to repair Dry Rot on my house and I must say that Chad, Loni and Brandon did a fantastic job on the repair of this project. They are very professional, courteous and friendly. they clean up after themselves and complete the job in a very timely manner.       Don, Denise, and Rich have been amazing! Every time we have a question about the bugs that pester our lives, they have had the answers we're looking for. Their team members show up when they say they will and do the work they are hired to do. For me, those are the main things that I'm looking for in a service provider for my home. To top it all off, their prices are fair for the quality of service and chemicals used, unlike the other companies that use the cheap stuff. To boot, I get the good feeling of knowing that I'm supporting a local business in my community. I'm grateful to know we have pillars in our community like the folks at Rocklin Pest Control.       Great company that I'm happy to do business with.  I have had Rocklin Pest Control both service my current home and recently do a pest inspection for me on the new home I'm purchasing.  Ever since I had them begin servicing my house I have not had any more trouble with ants or rats.  I was also very impressed with their level of detail of my pest inspection on my new home.  In addition to the services itself, Robert (pest technician) and Don (pest inspection) are both very personable and a pleasure to work with.

He was very professional and very experienced,  he spent close to 4 hours digging into a very small crawlspace. He took many great photos, and found so many problems inside. The sellers provided a pest inspection report prior with nothing on it, which of course I don't trust. Don did a wonderful job for us, and his fees are very very reasonably. We ended up withdrawing our offer to the house for all the problems he had found. He saved us thousands on repairs, and a gave us a peace of mind and a confident decision. I can't thank him enough and he will be my go to guy for pest inspection in the future!

He tolerated my excessive delusional questioning about all the what ifs and I of course am super excited about getting rid of rodents. Mid priced but quality pest control isn't something I want to skimp on so I am very pleased!
